Statement on Safety for Disabled Guests

Flamingo Park is a member of the British Association of Leisure Parks Piers and Attractions (BALPPA) and welcomes visits by people with disabilities and will do everything possible to ensure a safe and pleasurable visit. However certain rides and attractions can be physically demanding and vigorous. Flamingo Park therefore reserves the right to refuse admission to certain rides should it be felt there is a danger to a particular individual for whatever reason. Flamingo Park has been advised by the Health and Safety Executive that refusal on the grounds of health and safety does not constitute discrimination. Flamingo Park hopes this is understood and that guests can accept that any decisions made are in the interests of the safety of all.

Toilets and baby changing facilities can be found behind the adjacent arcade.

RULES OF THE PARK

Children under 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult aged 18 or over at all times.

The Ride Operators and Ride Safety Instructions MUST be obeyed at all times.

Smoking is NOT permitted on rides, attractions, queue lines or at any Kiosk window within the Park.

Management reserve the right to refuse entry into the Park to any person without reason.

In adverse/ severe weather Conditions - some rides may have to close.

Please note the height of children is checked at each ride and that shoes must be worn.
